Founded in 2004, Shenzhen, Ever Bright Electric Co., Ltd isdevoted to the development and production of the Christmas lighting products.
Our company started as a small factory with less than 100 members of staff, primarily focusing on the various types of decorative silhouette lights and light chains production for American and European markets with our responsible attitude, quality service and innovative concepts.Our products, since the first launch, have been well-received by our customers, our business, therefore, has continued to blossom. This has led to the expansion of our company size: increasing our production base to 50000m² and manpower to 1200 workers in order to reach our target of 90% in-house products. To meet the demand of our customers, not only do we continuously develop new product lines, we make sure they receive exclusive service or product from our company through the patent protection on our research results. So far, we have more than a hundred of various patent certificates.
Given the ever-increasing market competition,we have decided to focus on market specialization, resulting in our gradual withdrawal from the American market (we still own the complete UL certificates among very few manufacturers in the market), and instead we specialize in Europe and Australia market management. We enforced the customer service and product development, our developed time control light series and the solar power product series,with sustainable use and stability of quality that are superior to other manufacturers, become two of our mainstream products, gaining favors from our customers. With a view to the regular launch of our new products, we work closely with some famous chain stores in Europe and in Australia in long term, becoming their main Christmas lighting supplier.
Due to the change in domestic market environment and national policy, in addition to rising wages and production costs, recruitment in Southern China has become a knotty problem for all production plants in this industry. With a view to this, we determined to relocate our factory to Zhejiang Linhai in 2011, prompting solving these problems.Since our relocation, our factory has resumed its steady and rapid development. Furthermore, we allied with the local leisure furniture factory in 2013, aiming at staggering the Christmas lighting products and leisure furniture high seasons.Our manpower is fully utilized as we are using semi-automatic machine production to replace workers. Such changes create a win-win situation for both of us. Right now,our factory covers an area of 60000 square meters with 400 employees to generate the annual turnover of more than 50,000,000 USD. We can proudly say that our company is one of very few manufacturers with considerable scale of production fitting ISO9001 and BSCI requirements in Linhai.
